In the increasing competitive business world, ways to reinforce customer relationship management (CRM) is very crucial for businesses to evaluate the service to their customers. The Challenge in Car Wash

Carecar is a car wash company located in Strovolos, Cyprus. In order to boost profit margins in the highly competitive environment, Carecar was seeking a feasible way to evaluate their businesses to assure long-term profitability. Carecar hoped to collect information at the arrival and the exit of cars at the car wash station, and observe the number of cars in queue and the washing times of different type cars. In addition to creating an efficient and pleasant atmosphere of customer service, Carecar also hopes to analyze the frequency of customer visits from the collected data. They hope to use the important information on their Fidelity Program to maximize customer satisfaction.

 
The GeoVision Approach

After consulting with GeoVision, Carecar selected GV-LPR as the solution to conduct customer satisfaction audits. The GV-LPR provides Carecar with the ability to monitor each customer's car plate numbers, calculate the washing time for different type of cars, and generate the statistics of car washes on a daily basis. The system can record driver's faces with their car plate numbers and allows Carecar to figure out how often each customer utilizes their service.

According to these data generated from the GV-LPR system, Carecar has been able to realize the usage habit, the preference, the visit frequency of each car wash customer. Being able to pop up the driver's image and name with the captured car plate numbers, the system successfully helps Carecar identify multiple time customers, offer value-added service to loyal customers, and carry out the Fidelity Program to strengthen customer relationship. Since the installation of GV-LPR system, Carecar has gained more confidence to outstand in the car wash business than ever.

 

About GeoVision GV-LPR

GV-LPR is a digital license plate recognition system that utilizes Neural Network Technology of artificial intelligence to identify vehicle license plates. GV-LPR currently supports license plates from 20 countries and is successfully installed in more than 25 countries. The other function is to provide the users an option to record all events on the motion detection mode, even if the license plate recognition is failed due to recognition with low confidence.
