What is product bar code?
A bar code is a set of 12 numbers that contain shipping related information. When the bar code is provided in user submission form to GeoVision, it helps our staff to track the model of the capture card that was shipped with the specified bar code. This allows us to ensure that our service is always provided to GeoVision users.

Where can I find my product bar code?

When GeoVision ships out its products to clients, bar code stickers will be placed on the following items:

What to do when I cannot locate my product bar code?

Should users have problems locating the bar code, they will have to provide additional information such as clear pictures of the video capture card in order to allow our staff to identify the product.
