WDR and defog functions are now in all GeoVision IP cameras. With the release of the new firmware (V1.15), GeoVision empowers all of its IP cameras to provide WDR and defog video enhancement for better video quality. Previously, GeoVision IP cameras already provide tampering alarm, wide angle lens de-warping, and visual automation functions. |
| PIR and white light LED in Advanced Cube Series |
| GeoVision has released its Cube series for easy installation for homes and stores. The model comes with a very special function PIR (passive infrared), which monitors the infrared energy that are presented within the field of view, meaning presence of human being. Together with white light LED, Cube series increases level of security by correctly identifies and alarms intruders. The series offers 1.3MP and 2MP, available in optional Wi-Fi model. |
| Supporting mini USB interface |
| A series of box camera (BX2400 and BX3400) with mini USB interface have been introduced. With mini USB, Wi-Fi connection could be supported using Wi-Fi adaptor, plug to the mini USB interface. |
| Upcoming products and features |
| GeoVision will soon release a series of vandal proof dome, fixed dome and bullet camera with motorized vari-focal lens. The cameras help installer to save time and manpower while installing and enable customer to change zoom and focus level remotely. |
