GeoVision announces the launch of new version of V8.3.2 with H.264 IP devices. The new V8.3.2 works with H.264 GV-IP Speed Dome, GV- H.264 Video Server, and iPhone or iPod Touch. New video capture cards GV-1008/GV-1016 and GV-4008/GV-4016 are also supported.
 The GV-iView application comes with V8.3.2 is designed for iPhone/iPod Touch viewers. You can download GV-iView from iTune Store to your iPhone or iPod Touch and connect them to your GV-System. Tap the iPhone/iPod display to move PTZ camera or double-tap the iPhone/iPod to zoom in or out a PTZ. GV-iView provides access to Live View, Remote Playback, Recording control, I/O control and PTZ control from an iPhone/iPod. Anytime you’re concerned about security, just tap GV-iView on your iPhone/iPod to view camera video.
 The new GV-1008/GV-1016 Combo Card and GV-4008/GV-4016 Hardware Compression Card, equipped with H.264 encoding, can record 240/200 fps real-time at D1 resolution. The GV-1008 supports 8 channels of real-time video display and recording at 720x480. Video are compressed with MPEG4 and H.264 software encoding. GV-4008 is an H.264 hardware compression card that supports 8 channels of real-time recording at D1 resolution. GV-1008/GV-1016 and GV-4008/GV-4016 are released with V8.3.2 software.
 One of the most important functions of V8.3.2 is to support the new GV-SD010 series of H.264 IP speed domes and GV-BX110 series of H.264 1.3 mega-pixel IP cameras. The GV-SD010 series of H.264 GV-IP Speed Dome provides 18X, 23X, and 36X of optical zoom coupled with 12X digital zoom function for indoor and outdoor. It is featured with wide dynamic range and day/night functions. The GV-SD010 series provide BNC output, 2 ways audio, 4 digital inputs and 1 digital output for easy installation and user-friendly video angle adjustment.
 The GV-BX110 series of H.264 GV-1.3 mega-pixel IP Camera is featured with H.264 encoding and day/night dual streaming. The GV-BX110 series provide BNC output to simplify the camera angle adjustment during installation process. The GV-BX110 GV-1.3M IP Camera can actively generate a tamper alarm when it detects a tampering condition, such as camera view direction changed, camera lens focus changed, lens covered or sprayed. To avoid recording failure, the GV-IP Camera is equipped with mini SD Card to backup recording when the network fails. Besides, it is powered by PoE or 12VDC, with 2 ways audio and Digital I/O functions.
 In addition to GV-H.264 GV1.3M IP Camera, GV-Video Servers have new versions for H.264 encodings. GV-VS12 is a 2-port video server with support to H.264/MPEG4/MJPEG compression. It supports over 40 brands of speed dome protocols to fulfill project demands. It can also record video to an extendable USB storage. The GV-VS12 is optional with a 3G/3.5G modem and GPS receiver for GV-GIS integration. The active tampering alarm function will be activated upon a tampering event.
 GV-VS04A is an upgraded MPEG4 video server that supports 4 channels of real-time video at full D1. It is featured with active tampering alarm function. GV- VS04A also supports more than 40 protocols in speed domes and USB storage recording. It is optional with 3G/3.5G modem, Wiegand reader, GPS receiver for access control and GV-GIS integration.
