GeoVision has released two patches for both Center V2 and Vital Sign Monitor (VSM) V8.12.
These patches resolve the frequent warning messages when losing subscribers’ connection
in the Event List window: (1) message text and (2) interval length.
The message “Ping Timeout!” will no longer be displayed after the detection of subscribers’
connection status.
The warning message “The network connection is lost” will be displayed after 6 attempts of
connection detection. The interval between each warning message is now extended from 15
seconds to 30 seconds.
Note: The patch files will upgrade the Center V2 or VSM applications from V8.12
to V8.13. They are not applicable to earlier versions than V8.12.
